All orders are processed within 1-2 business. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via phone or email if any delays may occur.

Shipment to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

ORGANIC BOTANIC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S Territories ], and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active in 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

ORGANIC BOTANIC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility ( tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost Shipments

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in lost shipments or delays.


During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of use for your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products containing CBD (Cannabidiol) and other cannabinoids from hemp. At this time ORGANIC BOTANIC is only offering refunds/ returns for defective vape cartridges.

ORGANIC BOTANIC only replaces/ refunds products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at and we will be able to provide further instruction on how to handle the exchange if applicable.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
